Who we are
Hettie is the controller for the personal data collected through this website. Hettie is operated from Ireland. Company details will be published here on registration.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, the size and type of your service, and anything you choose to tell us. Please don't include client names or health details in the form.
Why we use it
Only to arrange and follow up on your demo or pilot request.
Client data from care providers
Data about the clients and patients of the providers we work with is covered by the data processing agreement we sign with each provider. This notice covers the website only.
Fonts and cookies
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Language
To offer you the site in your language, our edge server looks at the country you connect from, without storing it. If you choose a language from the switch in the footer, we keep a technical cookie called hettie_stay for 30 days to remember that choice. It is used for nothing else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
